The 66th ‘Fiera internazione del bovino da latte’ (literally the International Fair for dairy cows) as held last October in Cremona (Italy) and was as usual a key event for the industry, with a large number of exhibitors and visitors. Or Sell srl, distributor of Norel’s products in Italy for already 20 years, and leader in the by-pass fat market with Magnapac and Hidropalm, celebrated at this occasion its 25th anniversary. During the fair a congress about nutrition was held, with the presence of international researchers and institutions. In Italy, the dairy sector has good prospects thanks to the successful sales on export markets of some elite cheese such as the famous ‘Parmiggiano Reggiano’ and ‘Gongorzola’
