DAIRY AND BEEF FORUM 2021 AT KHONKAEN UNIVERSITY (THAILAND)

From March 24-26, 2021, one of the most anticipated forums in the dairy and beef industry was held at Khonkaen University. It was well attended with over 300 participants from the dairy, beef and goat industry from all over the country. The forum included the latest presentations from different researchers, a panel discussion and training on feed formulation by a well-known expert.

Norel, S.A. and its distributor in Thailand, VIB, participated in the meeting and gave product presentations to the visitors. Norel presented Gustor for calves, which promotes intestinal development, and Hi-flax, a source of omega-3 fatty acid that can help improve reproductive performance in dairy and improve meat quality in beef. Many customer visits and discussions took place during the event. The concept of productivity improvement is the main concern of farmers, especially the younger generation, due to the new challenges of the Free Trade Agreement. After the hard months we have been through, it has been very important for us to be able to get back to dealing with customers and colleagues. We hope to be able to do so again in more and more countries, congresses and fairs.
