Active Presence of Norel in VIV ASIA 2019
Norel Asia Pacific, Norel Marketing and Product Management team from Spain attended the VIV ASIA 2019 exhibition in Bangkok at its corporate booth. It was a great occasion to meet partners, customers and competitors, to launch new products in the area, and discuss about the current challenges and opportunities in the livestock, and feed additive industries.
On March 12th Norel organized a workshop for its distributors, to update technical and marketing colleagues coming from more than 20 countries about the latest available solutions and to share the newest results from the R&D dept. Among all, EO-FIT, the new essential-oil based product as anticoccidial, fetched the interest of many customers, as the recent ban of antibiotics and anticoccidials in different countries is requiring new green alternatives to counteract a very common problem in the poultry sector. Always up-to-date the solutions based on MCFA from coconut distillates, and sodium butyrate, as GI health boosters and immune stimulators, perfectly meeting the requirements of the different markets in all the species; the challenge of the antibiotic reduction yet to be sustained by a proper management and biosecurity system has stimulated Norel to provide cost-effective solutions, to enrich the local feed millers and farmers with products able to maintain sustainable and profitable their business.
During the exhibition it has been a great occasion to meet colleagues and friends from the other leading companies in the sector to share info, trends and expectations about the current spread of the ASFV in Asia and Europe: the coordination and integration of the activity among all the players in the swine industry will be a crucial aspect to counteract the diffusion of the virus and the safeguard of the entire pork industry.
On March 14thNorel, had the pleasure of sharing a special dinner with its customers on a boat along the Chao Phraya river, with a Thai show, music and games entertaining all the 120 people attending the event.
