Natesse Effectiveness in Growing Pullets, Philippines

NATESSE is an innovative formula that combines a selection of essential oils with the most effective organic acid (as a salt): sodium butyrate. In a test developed in a commercial farm in Philippines, Natesse has been capable to reduce the mortality from 4.5% to 3.5% in growing pullets from 5 weeks of age to 16 weeks, and with an initial body weight of 250 gr/head, and final body weight of 1.18 kg/head (average). The records of the lesion score showed that the batch belonging to Natesse did not have signs of NE, while the batch without Natesse did. Other remarks by the technician in charge of the farm were that pullets fed with Natesse had no signs of emaciations, white feathers, and even no signs of respiratory diseases, contrary to the batch without Natesse. Flock uniformity of pullets fed with Natesse was 90%, while animals fed without Natesse scored just 78%
