Norel Sponsor of the DPP Symposium in Poland
We are pleased to inform that Norel was sponsor of the 13th DPP Symposium in the Kliczkow Castle in Poland. This symposium provided the latest research in digestive physiology in pigs. It included the following five topics: functional ingredients and feed processing, digestion and adsorption, gut microbial ecosystem, gut maturation, and pigs as a models for humans. There were more than 300 contributions like oral presentations, posters and more than 400 registered participants representing Universities, Research Institutes and the Swine Industry from all over the world. Norel presented three posters, two of them about the Imprinting behavior with the use of a special aroma based on essential oils in its composition: Fluidarom 1003, and the benefits in feed consumption and in the average daily gain of +46% during the first week after weaning at 21 days and a reduction of 20% in diarrhea.
