Gustavo graduated 1999 with a BS in Agronomy from the Technical University of Ambato in Ecuador. In 2005 was awarded a professional certification in Sales Management from the Monterrey Institute of Technology, Toluca Mexico campus. He has extensive training and specialization courses in the \u200bcattle, pig, and poultry, industries, as well as other smaller breeds. His work experience includes over 15 years of customer developing, and consulting in the industry. He has worked in sales and marketing, all related to animal production and the handling of nutrition products and their additives. He has extensive customer management skills, and his unique leadership ability allows for strategic planning in sales, and the development of new products. He is an innovator whose mission is to meet and exceed the company\u2019s objectives.
